Facility
Phagelux has 4 research and development laboratories and 5 manufacturing biosafety level 2 laboratories located at the Canadian National Research Council in Montreal, with state-of-the- art fermentation, microbiology, molecular biology, and chemistry equipment. Phagelux is composed of a team of highly qualified personnel, all of whom possess graduate degrees spanning the disciplines of microbiology, genetics, molecular biology, chemical engineering, physiology, and biomedical engineering. Phagelux Building on its unique international expertise, Phagelux has acquired a clean room and has finalized the setup of a GMP suite at the NRC for the biofermentation and manufacturing of antimicrobial products, as well as fill-finish capabilities for the production of phage products.
